After years of living in the fast pace of New York, we felt the pull toward something quieter—something more grounded. We were looking for space to breathe, to slow down, and to build something meaningful.

That search led us to Hedgesville, West Virginia, where we found a stretch of countryside—and an old turkey barn full of character and possibility.

What we saw wasn’t just a structure. It was the beginning of something.

Our space is designed to feel beautiful and comfortable. Elevated, but never intimidating. Refined, yet flexible enough to make your vision truly your own.

From Barn to Gathering Place

Every beam, every detail, every open space was created with people in mind.

With a lot of hard work, care, and intention, we transformed our barn into Wildflower Event Hall—a space where rustic charm meets thoughtful, elegant design.

What began as a personal journey quickly became something bigger:

Are there hotels nearby for guests?

While there are no hotels directly in Hedgesville, guests can find several accommodations just 10 minutes away in Falling Waters, WV, and about 20 minutes away in Martinsburg, WV.

The venue comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests with round tables, or over 200 guests with rectangular seating.

Yes—Wildflower Event Hall is fully ADA-compliant, with wheelchair-accessible entrances at both the front and rear of the building, as well as accessible restrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while also honoring reserved dates.

  • Cancellations made more than 180 days before the event will forfeit the retainer, but no additional balance will be due.
  • Cancellations within 180 days of the event will require full payment of the remaining balance.
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 180 days in advance, with the new date scheduled within six months (based on availability).
  • Additional reschedules or late changes may incur fees or require a new contract.

Every great venue has a host – and around here, it just happens to be a free-range turkey with a whole lot of personality.

Jelly Roll struts the property like he owns it, keeps a close eye on the happenings, and isn’t shy about welcoming new guests (especially if snacks are involved). And while he may be the most memorable face on the farm, he’s certainly not the only one.

Wildflower Event Hall is home to a collection of friendly, free-roaming animals that add an extra layer of charm to your visit. Take a walk around the property, meet the locals, and enjoy the kind of simple, unexpected moments that make this place feel alive.
